Registration

  • 1. ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST HOLD MSCF MEMBERSHIP for 2017

    2. Group performances need to have minimum of 4 individuals. Have enough backup, to avoid cancellation of your performance due to last minute drop out of kids.

    3. Maximum time allowed for each performance is 4 minutes.

    4. Dance schools can submit a maximum of 2 performances.

    5. MSCF has the final authority to change the structure to suit the needs of the community and the program content.

"MSCF 2017 - DIWALI CELEBRATIONS"

Cultural Programs Rules & Guidelines: 

  1. ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST HOLD MSCF MEMBERSHIP for 2017.        
  2. Programs that reflect the rich Tamil culture will get higher priority
  3. Maximum of 20 Programs/Slots (Kids 16, Adults 4)
  4. Programs will be given preference by Regions to provide equal opportunity across Orlando. Registrations will be equally distributed across these 5 regions (Lake Mary, Windermere, Oviedo, Hunters creek, Rest of Orlando) on first come first serve basis.           
  5. Solo performances are limited to classical dance performances only
  6. A maximum of two performances are allowed for Singing and Playing Musical Instrument.
  7. Group performances need to have minimum of 4 individuals. Have enough backup, to avoid cancellation of your performance due to last minute drop out of kids.     
  8. Maximum time allowed for each performance is 5 minutes.
  9. A Program coordinator can orchestrate a maximum of 2 programs.
  10. A Participant can participate in a maximum of 2 programs
  11. Dance schools can submit a maximum of 2 performances.
  12. While we prefer no songs be repeated in the entire program, the committee will work towards accommodating it as long as the sequences are not the same.
  13. Songs and Costumes need to be appropriate for MSCF Event.
  14.  Exact time of each performance will be announced a week earlier to the program coordinator. If not present at the time in stage, the item may get cancelled or pushed to the end of the event.
  15. Songs and costumes should be submitted to the Program committee within 7 days of registration and it will reviewed and approved by the committee
  16. The decision of MSCF Program committee is final.

MSCF Program committee will do its best to accommodate all entries. If the number of entries received is more than what we can accommodate in our schedule, MSCF Program Committee will use a selection process based on specific criteria such as Interest of audience, uniqueness of program. MSCF Program committee reserves the right to make the final decision and refuse any performances that are deemed as inappropriate for the MSCF Event.
